Shipping & Returns
What countries does your Brockville tattoo & art shop ship to?
We ship to over 190 countries. Please see our shipping provider's website for more info on where.
Can orders be picked up at your Brockville tattoo & art studio?
Yes. You can select local pick-up at check out and pick up your order at our tattoo studio. Instructions will be sent with your confirmation email.
What is the return process for online purchases at Discovery Ink & Art?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
As a small business, we only accept returns for items that we can re-sell.
Items cannot be washed (by us or by you) - They must be in their original condition in order to be re-sold.

Orders
What is my order status?
Orders are processed on the same day or next day, Monday-Friday, and shipped within 3 business days. For your convenience, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number that you can use for reference.
Processing and shipping times may be delayed due to national disasters or holiday shipping slowdowns.
How do I track my order?
You will receive tracking information via email or text when your shipping label is printed.
Can I make changes to my order?
We are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. You are welcome to return items you no longer wish to keep once they have been received.
I never received a confirmation e-mail
If you haven't received an order confirmation email, please consider the following:
1. Your order was was not processed correctly.
2. You have entered an incorrect email address with your order.
3. The email went to your spam folder. Please whitelist discoveryinkandart@gmail.com
